First-time Registration

Why, we're delighted to get to work with your child! To register for Young Philosophers, please fill out the form below.

After clicking "submit", you'll be able to hold a spot in Young Philosophers for $20 for each month, payable by credit card. (The other $70 will be due the first week of each cycle.)

PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

The participation agreement is required for registration.

I understand that my child will be exposed to a variety of foods, cooking tools, and appliances with supervision. I assume all risks associated with these activities. My child has my permission to participate in Young Philosophers. By submitting this form, I release any claims, damages, and liabilities associated with my child's participation in Young Philosophers.
